USB Interface

Connect a RIP or TIFF Catcher to hundreds of imagesetter and platesetter models

The Key to Prepress Independence®

Xitron’s unique USB interface, the “Blue Box,” bridges the connectivity gap between output device manufacturers and prepress workflows. When used with Harlequin-based RIPs like Navigator or Xitron’s Raster Blaster TIFF Catcher, it directly communicates raster data to CtP and film imagers from Agfa, ECRM, Heidelberg, Screen, and others.

This enables prepress professionals to select workflows, RIPs, and output devices independently, often extending the life of their imaging systems.
