IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED FOR
XITRON USB “BLUE BOX” USERS
Microsoft’s recent release of Windows 11 Version 25H2 may cause Xitron USB “Blue Box” devices to fail. After the update, Windows may display Error 52, indicating that the USB driver signature can no longer be validated.
If this occurs, plate output will stop until the driver is updated.
A newly signed USB driver is now available for Navigator RIP Version 14 and Raster Blaster Version 14.

Version 14 users: Contact Xitron Support immediately for download and installation instructions.

Version 13 or earlier users: A compatible driver is not available. Please contact sales@xitron.com to discuss your upgrade options.
We strongly recommend addressing this issue before updating to Windows 11 Version 25H2 to avoid unexpected production downtime.
